Can I make a round trip reservation?
NOTE: if you do not make a round trip reservation, and only make a one way reservation, you run the risk of a shuttle being unavailable for your return pickup, or may have to pay an increased rate per passenger for making last minute reservation. (just like the airlines)
Do I have to pay for children to ride in the shuttle?
Yes, Infants are an exception.
NOTE: ground transportation rates are similar to air transportation. If a child is charged a seat with a seat belt on a plane, he or she is charged for a shuttle seat with a seat belt.

What if some of my pre-paid passengers do not board the shuttle?
You will be issued a cash refund by the driver or a credit refund on your credit card within 24 hours.

Can I pay cash for the shuttle?
NOTE: A credit card payment is required to confirm your transportation reservation. The balance can be paid to the driver in cash upon boarding the shuttle.

*A shared shuttle has set pre determined day and time schedules, with set pre determined pickup and drop off locations. A shared shuttle may make additional stops along the way to pickup and drop off passengers and luggage. A shared shuttle is like a city bus, where strangers ride together to different destinations.

No, we track your flight online. The driver knows when your flight has landed. Your driver will be waiting at the cell phone lot until you call 954-249-8991. (call when you have your luggage) Airport pickups are usually 20-30 minutes after the flight has landed, about 60 minutes if it is an international flight, and you have to go through customs.
Will I have the drivers name and cell number?
What if our flight is early or late?
We track your flight online. Your driver will be at the airport when your plane arrives.
What if our flight is canceled?
We will abort the pickup, and wait to hear from you. We will also try make contact via cell phone, text and email the moment we see your flight is canceled online. If you do not, or cannot reschedule your pickup, you will receive 100% refund. If your flight is canceled please call 954-249-8991.
What if our flight is re-routed to another airport?
This is not common. If this happens we will make it a priority to make the pickup at another airport.

Yes, request a "Tour". We pick you up from the cruise ship terminal and drop you off about 9:30-10am at:

We hold your luggage in a locked luggage trailer while your on tour. Passengers take there passports, wallets, pocketbooks, knapsacks, sunglasses, phones, phone charges etc.
Your driver will pick you up where he dropped you off, or at another location you provide, about 2-3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. (depending on where your tour is) You will have the drivers cell phone number as well as the office number.
NOTE: Tours should be decided before you request a transportation quote. The cost of the tour is the same as the price per passenger rate. If you paid $20 per passenger one way, than the tour is $20 per passenger. If you did not reserve the tour, it may still be possible when you board the shuttle, at the drivers discretion.
A sightseeing tour is also available @ $50 per hour. Sightseeing tours must be reserved and paid for when you confirm your reservation with online payment. Sightseeing tour locations are limited to Dade & Broward counties. (Miami & Fort Lauderdale)
What kind of tours do you offer, and what is the cost?
We travel anywhere throughout Florida, from Miami to Orlando, Key West to Daytona, Tampa to Fort Lauderdale. Tours are $60 per hour plus $25 per hour wait time. Overnight trips may require hotel room stay for the driver at the clients expense.
